A Copilot license
To use your emails, files and meetings, you need a Microsoft 365 Copilot license. Without one, Copilot Chat can still use files you attach and the web.
Work IQ turned on
The Work IQ button lets Copilot use your work data. It only sees content you already have permission to open.
A clear goal
Decide what a good outcome looks like before you start. A decision? Agreement on next steps? A better relationship?
