Catch up on a busy inbox
Back from time off, in meetings all day or just buried? Copilot in Outlook can summarize long threads, point out what needs your reply and help you clear the rest faster.

A Copilot license
You need a Microsoft 365 Copilot license. It works in new Outlook, classic Outlook, Outlook on the web, Mac and mobile.
Your own mailbox
Copilot works in your primary mailbox. It does not work in shared, group, delegate or archive mailboxes.
A little setup ahead
Prioritize only sorts email that arrives after you turn it on. Set it up before your next busy week or time away.
